Blood stock at the Blood Donation Centre and Blood Banks nationwide is at a low level. Donors of Blood Type A, B and O are urgently needed to meet the needs for blood transfusion at all hospitals in the country.

In this regard, the Blood Donation Centre will extend its operating hours and organise a Blood Donation Campaign to 7th of April in preparation for the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri public holidays. Members of the public are urged to take part in the campaign to increase the nation's blood stock. Blood donation slot reservation made through the BloodKad application is highly encouraged.
