It has become a trend that with the coming of Syawal, people make final preparations by shopping at the last minute. The situation caused a busy atmosphere in shopping centres and congestion on several roads.

RTB's observation this afternoon at several business premises, shopping centres and grocery stores were filled with people and is expected to get more crowded after the breaking of the fast for those who wish to buy items for Aidilfitri at the last minute. Vendors also offer a variety of attractive promotions and reasonable discounts.

Roads leading to business centres experienced congestion that rarely occurs on a normal day. This situation definitely tested the patience of road users.

In the excitement of celebrating Hari Raya, all needs are not necessarily new. In other words, celebrate Hari Raya according to your ability and modestly as a sign of gratitude.

Fuel stations are also the focus of the public with long queues to waiting to fill up their vehicle's fuel tanks. During the first day of Hari Raya, some gas stations are still operating in all four districts.
