His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, The Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Chairman of the Brunei Shell Joint Ventures Board of Directors, graced the Hari Raya Aidilfitri Celebration. The event organised for the first time by BSJV took place at Indera Samudera Grand Hall, The Empire Brunei. Upon arriving, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince was greeted by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yusof, Minister at the Prime Minsiter's Office and Second Minister of Defence, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy as well as Miss Agnete Johnsgaard-Lewis, Managing Director of BSP and Country Chair of Shell Companies in Brunei.

Themed, 'Muhibah Raya', the celebration aimed to foster closer relations and unity. Miss Agnete Johnsgaard-Lewis in her welcoming remarks applauded the end-to-end energy partnership between the companies present at the celebration. Traditional performances further enlivened the ceremony. The celebration was also enlivened with open house booths presented by several organizations.
