TUTONG
The Language Building and Development Section of the Language and Literature Bureau continued the Dudun Bahasa or Language trip visit to primary schools in the Tutong District. The activity was carried out yesterday morning at Penanjong Primary School.
Various activities were provided such as "cambah kata", Brunei dialects, "tabu dan kuis" game involving 187 pupils from pra or pre-school until year 6. It is hoped the activity will be made as a platform to strengthen and empower the Malay language as the official language of the country apart from nurturing and inspiring students to continue using the Malay language in their daily life.
