His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and YangDi-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, today visited the Brunei Darussalam Commodities Pavilion of the 14th China-ASEAN (CAEXPO), which was held at the Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Centre (NICEC) in Nanning, People's Republic of China. Accompanying His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam was His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen.

Upon arrival, His Majesty was welcomed by His Excellency Lan Tianli, First Vice Governor of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China.

His Majesty then proceeded to Hall 5 to tour the Brunei Darussalam Commodities Pavilion, which is participated by more than one hundred companies comprising local Brunei Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), education institutions, Government-linked companies (GLCs), and Chinese companies with business presence in Brunei Darussalam.

Prior to leaving the International Convention and Exhibition Centre, His Majesty joined exhibitors from Brunei Darussalam for a group photograph session. The Brunei Darussalam Commodities Pavilion of the 14th China-ASEAN (CAEXPO) provides an opportunity for Brunei's local entrepreneurs, institutions and companies to promote and market their products and services in international markets.
