Bridging the gap of secretarial and administrative competence in the digital era, and applying the best practices in carrying out daily duty and responsibilities were the aims of the Administrative Assistants and Secretarial Convention 2018. The closing ceremony and certificates presentation to 221 participants were held yesterday afternoon, organised by Civil Services Institute.

Certificates were presented by Doctor Norfarizal Bin Othman, the Acting Director General of Civil Services Institute. The convention, the first of its kind, carried the theme "Transformasi Minda FirstClass" or First Class Mind Transformation which targeted Confidential Secretary, Confidential Clerk, assistant Confidential Clerk, Secretary, Administrative Assistant and Office Supervisor as well as others related to secretarial duties. 3 speakers from local and abroad were invited to the convention.
