There are 2 cases in Category 4, while 312 cases have recovered, taking the total recovered cases to 148,922. There are 2,804 active cases, in which 15 are currently treated in hospitals, whereas 2 thousand 789 others are currently undergoing home self-isolation.

The Minister of Health stated that in the last few days, the number of COVID-19 cases reported in the country has shown a slight increase. This is as expected following the reduction of COVID-19 control measures starting the 1st of June 2022. The number of these cases is expected to be more stable in the near future. Hence, the public are advised not to feel anxious on the situation, where over 99 per cent of the cases are in categories 1 and 2.
