SINGAPORE

A sun breaker at Block 201E Tampines Street 23 has become dislodged.

Town council staff and the police have gone to the scene to assess the incident. After cordoning off the area, Tampines Town Council staff are now using tension cords to tie back the sun breaker "that is out of place" by securing it from the rooftop, Tampines Member of Parliament Cheng Li Hui told TODAY.

The Housing and Development Board has also been informed, town council chairman Baey Yam Keng said.

He added that there were no casualties or injuries resulting from the incident, and the town council is investigating the cause of the incident.
