​The Agriculture Programme is a guidance programme that instils basic skills to differently-abled or OKU trainees at Pusat Bahagia Tutong. This is done through several skill training and entrepreneurship programmes that are provided at the said centre. Implemented since 2018 in stages, it is hoped the programme can produce trainees who are independent, responsible and contribute to the society.

OKU Rehabilitator in Pusat Bahagia Tutong explained that the programmes held are also capable to improve the trainee's self confidence in agriculture and provide effective skill training.
