Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Pemancha Pengiran Anak Haji Mohamed Alam graced the Women's Special Assembly in conjunction with the Maulidur Rasul Celebration for 1445 Hijrah. This year's ceremony was jointly held by the Ministry of Religious Affairs; Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Ministry of Home Affairs; Brunei Darussalam Women's Council and the Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB. The ceremony took place on 12th October morning, at the Royal Berkshire, Royal Brunei Polo and Riding Club, Jerudong.

Upon arriving, Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri was greeted by Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman, Minister of Religious Affairs; Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd. Yussof, Minister at Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence; and the Celebration's Working Committee.

Also in attendance were Her Majesty's daughters and sisters;

- Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah;

- Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Raabi'atul 'Adawiyyah;

- Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Bini Hajah Faizah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Majeedah Nuurul Bolkiah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Hafizah Sururul Bolkiah; AND

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Amal Umi Kalthum Al-Islam.

The ceremony began with the reading of the holy verses of Al-Qur'an by Doctor Dayang Hajah Siti Wardah binti Retired Major Haji Abdul Rahman, the second place winner of the National Level Al-Qur'an Reading Musabaqah for Adults for 1444 Hijrah/2023.

The theme of the Special Women's Assembly “Sunnah Dihayati, Hidup Diberkati" was touched by Doctor Dayang Hajah binti Haji Abu Bakar, Acting Assistant Ra'es of KUPU SB in her welcoming speech.

The ceremony was enlivened with a Dikir Marhaban.

Doctor Dayang Hajah Ummi Faizah binti Haji Abdul Rahman, Assistant Professor at the Centre for the Promotion of Knowledge and Language, Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University, UNISSA in a special talk among others stated the social issues that occur, among them, marriage breakdown are caused by not appreciating and practicing the personality of the Prophet.

The ceremony continued with the mass Selawat Nuuril Anwar. Doa selamat was read by Dayang Noraini Yanti binti Haji Hussien, Senior Religious Officer at the Mosque Affairs Department.

Following the Sunnah of Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam, will bring blessings in life and receive love from Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala for a happy life.​
