Two companies were issued compound fines for violations under the Miscellaneous Offences Act, Amendment 2021.

Raj Guru Sendirian Berhad was fined $2,000, while Mahmoon Entreprise Sendirian Berhad was fined $500. The offences were discovered during an enforcement operation around the vicinity of Mukim Pengkalan Batu, conducted by the Licensing and Enforcement Division, Brunei Muara District Office.
