Sensing that their social media followers were trying to keep up with their various plastic surgery procedures and other beauty enhancements, The Kardashians stars have been detailing exactly what it takes to look amazing, sweetie.

Kylie Jenner was the first to take on the latest trend in transparency, responding to YouTuber Rachel Leary's June TikTok that asked the Khy founder to share the secret to her "most perfect natural-looking boob job ever." 

Crediting her family's go-to surgeon, Dr. Grant Fisher, Kylie, 27, revealed that she received silicone implants that were "445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle."

Added the mom to daughter Stormi, 7, and son Aire, 3, "hope this helps lol."

Days later, it was her mom that was getting her f--king ass up and working, turning the interest in her recent face lift by Dr. Steven Levine into a business opportunity, by selling tees through son Rob Kardashian's Arthur George fashion line that read: "I'll Have What Kris Jenner Is Having."

And the 69-year-old isn't the only family member serving up the details.

Spying a June 28 video that saw London clinician Dr. Jonny Betteridge conject that she'd undergone a temporal brow lift, upper blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty, plus a face and neck lift and a chin implant, Khloe Kardashian responded with the real tally.

"I take this as a great compliment!" the 41-year-old wrote in the comment section. "First off I think these photos are about 15 years apart, But here’s a list of things that I have done."

Her array of procedures includes a nose job, Botox, filler, a slew of beauty treatments and collagen threads meant to prop up sagging skin, but no face lift. Bible.

"In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery," noted the mom to daughter True, 7, and son Tatum, 2, "but when it’s time, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors."
