An Indonesian was charged under the Passport Act, Chapter 146 by the Department of Immigration and National Registration for the offence of altering the work pass endorsement without permission.

 

Sarip, aged 28, was sentenced to 12 weeks imprisonment starting from the date of remand which is 1st of October 2024 after failing to pay a fine of 2,500.
