The Department of Immigration and National Registration through the Law Enforcement Division, Bandar Seri Begawan has carried out two law enforcement operations under 'Operasi Kabat JIPK 2024.'  

During the operation at a vehicle workshop in Mukim Sengkurong and a restaurant in Mukim Gadong 'B', two foreigners were found guilty of working using the Visit Pass; an individual was believed to have overstayed after the immigration pass has expired; while two individuals failed to present any valid documents.

In another operation carried out on a garden hut in Mukim Lamunin, two foreigners failed to present valid identification documents and believed to have overstayed in the country as well as not working with the original employer.
