The Ministry of Education has announced changes in schooling hours during Ramadhan, for primary and secondary schools, colleges and sixth form centres nationwide.

For morning session primary schools, school hours will be from 7:45 to 11:55 in the morning.

For secondary schools, colleges and sixth form centres, morning session will be from 7:45 until 11:50 in the morning. While the afternoon session is from 12 noon to 4:00 in the afternoon. This is for schools that have two sessions.

For preschool students, teaching and learning hours are given flexibility according to the respective schools.
