From February to March 2025, thirteen local companies were ordered to pay fines at the Magistrate's Court for failing to submit Income Tax Statements.

The Revenue Division, Ministry of Finance and Economy reminds companies registered under the Companies Act, Chapter 39 are required to submit their respective Income Tax Statements by 30th of June for the relevant assessment year as required under Section 52(1) of the Income Tax Act, Chapter 35.
