The Enforcement Division of the Tutong District Office issued a fine to a company for littering at a public area, an offence under the Miscellaneous Offences Act, 2021.

AKR Trading Sendirian Berhad was fined $1,000 for littering at Kampung Bukit Beruang, Tutong District. The company was given 7 days to settle the fine or the company will be brought to court in default.

The public, business and premise owners are reminded to maintain cleanliness at all times.
