In conjunction with Language Month 2025, the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports and its departments organised the reading of Surah Yasin and Tahlil for Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien; Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit, and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji 'Abdul 'Azim. The ceremony took place at the Royal Mausoleum, 30th June afternoon.

Present, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Nazmi bin Haji Awang Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. The ceremony marked the start of events and activities in conjunction with the Language Month 2025.
