Rbaf Basic Military Training Passing Out Ceremony

The training they undergo can transform recruits into individuals who are more disciplined, responsible, trustworthy, possess integrity and strong patriotic spirit based on the true Bruneian values.  The remarks were made by Awang Haji Muhd Lutfi bin Abdullah, the Permanent Secretary (Administration and Finance) at the Ministry of Development during a Basic Military Training Passing Out Ceremony for the 158 Male Recruits Intake of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces yesterday.  The Permanent Secretary said the recruits should continue to equip themselves with contemporary knowledge and skills, and should always be prepared to face any traditional or non-traditional threat.

 

156 recruits have just completed the 31-week Basic Military Training.  During the ceremony, the best recruits and instructors also received awards for excellent performances in training.  Ahmad Azri Sallehin bin Haji Mohd Salleh was the Overall Best Recruit.  Also in attendance was Yang DiMuliakan Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Major General Dato Paduka Seri Mohd Tawih bin Abdullah, the Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
