Meanwhile, the Premier Talk during the Family Assembly in conjunction with the National Family Day 2017 yesterday stressed that it is important for each individual to have love or be loving. Everyone wants to have a loving family because such a family guarantees happiness. According to the talk, rich or poor, a loving family will be happy. The talk also emphasised true love which is priceless is the foundation and pillar of a happy family.

The talk entitled, 'A LOVING FAMILY IS THE CATALYST OF HAPPINESS' was delivered by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Doctor Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned, the State Mufti. Yang Berhormat Pehin said it is important to build a family to enjoy happiness and the symbol of that happiness is paradise. Therefore, building a family must adhere to Sunatullah or the rules of Allah the Almighty.

Pure happiness can only be gained by building a proper family. The State Mufti also highlighted a hadith of Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wassalam that says choosing a wife should be based on four things such as beauty, wealth, family lineage and religion. However, if the woman is religious then there should not be any hesitation in choosing her as one's life partner.

Also in attendance were Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Kerna Dato Seri Setia Doktor Haji Awang Abu Bakar bin Haji Apong, the Minister of Home Affairs and wife, Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin Bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Othman, the Minister of Religious Affairs and Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja (Retired) Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports and wife. ​
