MSPSBS' Laureates Celebrated 'Shakespeare Day' at Supa Save Mabohai

'Laureates', the Literary Society of Paduka Seri Begawan Sultan Science College (MSPSBS), held various activities to mark Shakespeare Day at Supa Save, Mabohai over the weekend.
Conducted to boost reading awareness and to instil a love of reading classic literature, the event saw members of the society dress up in medieval attire.
Witsy Mathew, MSPSBS English Literature teacher, who conducted a short quiz about Shakespeare for the audience, expressed her delight at the students' enthusiasm for the classics.
Members of the society performed sonnets from Shakespeare and spoke of the need for studying literature.
They also performed the balcony scene from Shakespeare's romantic tragedy 'Romeo and Juliet'.
