The Treasury Department, Ministry of Finance is organising 'Vendor Day' - a briefing series to the ministries and government departments as well as service wholesalers and suppliers to the government. The e-invoice portal provides vendors an online portal where vendors can submit invoices and digital supporting documents. The briefing held this afternoon was specifically for the wholesaler and supplier dealing with the Ministry of Health.

The briefing was presented by officers from the Treasury Department, Ministry of Finance in cooperation with BAG Network Sendirian Berhad. Similar briefings will be held in the Belait and Temburong districts. The briefing will conclude by end of this month. According to Dayang Hajah Hanita binti Haji Mustafa, Assistant Account General Grade 1 of the Treasury Department, Ministry of Finance, among the objectives is to capture actual date of the invoice submission to improve monitoring and accountability of respective parties.

Interested wholesalers and suppliers can attend the briefing held at Theatre Hall, Ministry of Finance from the 28th until 29th of August from 8:30 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon.
