A South Korean man wanted for crimes committed in the Republic of Korea has been arrested by the country's enforcement authorities. Yuh Minsuk is suspected of committing an offence of fraud in the Republic of Korea.

The accused made his attempt to flee through Brunei International Airport on the 19th of August 2017, following an alert by officers of the Department of National Registration and Immigration. Following the arrest, the accused is being remanded for the next 60 days, pending a formal extradition request from the Republic of Korea. The case will be further mentioned on the 18th of October 2017.
