Department of Agriculture and Agrifood under Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism in cooperation with AmeenFarm Agrotech & Trading will conduct an Introductory Course on Fertigation Technology on May 12.

The course is set to be conducted at the Vegetable Industry and High Technology Unit in Agrotechnology Park, Jalan Tungku. Yaseer Suhaimi Mohamad, a Senior Lecturer from Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI) will provide useful insights on the latest practices and technology used in fertigation.

Aspiring local farmers are highly encouraged to attend the course whereby each participant will be charged BND$40 for registration inclusive of refreshment. Coupons are also made available for liguano and biogrowth fertilizers at BND$5 each.
