In the titah, His Majesty also highlights Agriculture and empowering the Industry and Energy Sector.  His Majesty calls for due attention and priority to the agricultural sector because it is the sector which will determine our survival as an independent people and country.  Increase rice planting because the country needs rice as the people's staple food and to ensure the nation does not depend on foreign rice imports.
