As one of the Ministry of Finance's platforms to expose the public on the reformations to improve business conditions for departments under the ministry, the Ministry of Finance yesterday morning organised the Ease of Doing Business Reformation Roadshow. The roadshow was held at Dewan Belalong, Bangar Town Civic Centre Complex in Temburong District.

 The roadshow is a medium to disseminate information and reformation as well as to raise public awareness and knowledge on the Ministry of Finance's and related agencies' initiatives for Ease of Doing Business in the country. The roadshow was participated by departments under the Ministry of Finance which are related to the Ease of Doing Business initiative. According to Hajah Rozaidah binti Haji Abdul Rahman, the Public Relations Officer at the Ministry of Finance, a similar roadshow will be held in the Belait District on the 5th of this month, while in Tutong District it will be held on the 9th of April. Entrepreneurs and the business community in the other districts are welcomed to attend the roadshow.

 The Employees Trust Fund, TAP also briefed the public on their services. Hasyimah Zawanah binti Haji Hashim, the Acting Head of Communications Unit at TAP explained that the e-amanah service allows employers and the public to carry out online transactions or employee registration. Apart from that, through online registration TAP members can now check their savings or statement online.
