In conjunction with the 6th Islam Aspiration week (IAW), the Executive of Religious and Spiritual Universiti Brunei Darussalam (EKK-UBD) recently organised an Ukhuwwah (friendship) Run at the Integrated Science Building, UBD.

Attending as guest of honour was Ustaz Saidai bin Haji Hitam, the Dean of Student Affairs, UBD. The run was divided into two categories - 5km and 3km for male and female, running separate routes.

One of the objectives of this run was to build strong friendship among the students and the public as well as to promote the benefits of healthy lifestyle, and teaching the participants to respect social boundaries or and enhance interpersonal skills throughout the race.
