A similar ceremony for recipients in the Brunei Muara District took place at the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex in the capital.

The contributions were presented by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Paduka Haji Awang Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohd Daud, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office who is also a member of the Yayasan Board of Directors. In line with Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah's establishment policy, to provide care and attention towards the welfare and well-being of Brunei Darussalam's citizens and residents who require aid, the contributions aim to assist the recipients in their expenses during Ramadhan and in turn bring joy to them during the festive season.
