In the afternoon, 16 thousand 2 hundred and 80 well-wishers from all walks of life visited Istana Nurul Iman to convey their Hari Raya greetings and junjung ziarah to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri as well as other members of the royal family.

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam received in audience and junjung ziarah from the male well-wishers. Also in attendance were:

 - His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince;

- His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik;

- His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen;

- His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah;

- His Royal Highness Prince Haji Jefri Bolkiah and other members of the Royal Family.

Visitors in the afternoon comprised officers and staff from several ministries, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, government officers and Royal Brunei Armed Forces personnel.

 His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam then received in audience His Excellency Doctor Mohamad Maliki bin Osman, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore.

 Meanwhile, at another part of Istana Nurul Iman, Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri received in audience and junjung ziarah from the female well-wishers. Accompanying Her Majesty were:

- Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah;

- Her Royal Highness Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Zariah;

- Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Norhayati;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Majeedah Nuurul Bolkiah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Hafizah Sururul Bolkiah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Fadzilah Lubabul Bolkiah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Ameerah Wardatul Bolkiah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Amal Umi Kalthum Al Islam; as well as Her Majesty's grandchildren.

 In total 35 thousand 613 people visited Istana Nurul Iman on the first day it opens to the public. In the afternoon session alone, 16 thousand 280 people visited Istana Nurul Iman. Istana Nurul Iman will be opened again to allow the public to meet and junjung ziarah to His Majesty and members of the Royal Family in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri, starting from 10 in the morning to 12 in the afternoon, and from 2 to 4 in the afternoon.
