His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send a message of congratulations to The Honourable Scott Morrison, MP, on the occasion of his recent appointment as the Prime Minister of Australia.

In the message, His Majesty wished The Honourable Scott Morrison success in his new post and looked forward to renewed opportunities in reaffirming the much-valued ties happily shared by the two countries, both bilaterally and as close regional partners.  His Majesty ended the message by extending his kindest regards and very best wishes to His Honourable and his family and for His Honourable continued health and happiness.
