According to officials in Swansea, a group of sheep have gone on a rampage after possibly eating some discarded cannabis plants.

Swansea County Councillor Ioan Richard said that a flock had been seen roaming around a local village and trying to get into people’s homes.

He said he worries the sheep could eat, or have already eaten, some cannabis plants that were dumped from an illegal cannabis factory.

‘There is already a flock of sheep roaming the village causing a nuisance,’ he said.

‘They are getting in people’s gardens and one even entered a bungalow and left a mess in the bedroom.

‘I dread to think what will happen if they eat what could well be cannabis plants.’

A spokesman for the council that the cannabis had now been removed from the area.

He urged anyone with information on who dumped the weed to contact South Wales Police.
