The Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB expanded its cooperation network through the signing of the 'Permuafakatan Strategik' or Strategic Agreement Memorandum of Cooperation with the Malaysian School Principal's Council, Federal Territory of Labuan's Education Department, Malaysia's Ministry of Education. The memorandum was signed yesterday morning at the Closing Ceremony of the Professional Learning Community Programme, PLC. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Doctor Haji Adanan bin Haji Basar, Ra'es of KUPU SB and Khaziyati binti Osman, Head of Quality Assurance Sector, Federal Territory of Labuan's Education Department, Malaysia.

The memorandum was signed by Pengiran Anak Haji Damit Baharudin bin Pengiran Anak Saifuddin, Acting Registrar of KUPU SB, while Datin Hajah Jijah binti Suhai signed on behalf of the Malaysian School Principal's Council, Federal Territory of Labuan's Education Department, Malaysia's Ministry of Education.

The ceremony ran concurrently with the presentation of souvenir and certificate to the Federal Territory of Labuan's Education Department, which shared on the action survey and innovative materials that have been produced as well as its impacts to the pupils. Also present, Doctor Haji Abang Hadzmin bin Haji Abang Taha, Deputy Ra'es of KUPU SB.
