Five men from China were charged in the Magistrate's Court yesterday with possession of counterfeit ATM cards, but no pleas were taken from them.

Zhong Xiaohui, 41, Xie Lirong, 37, Lai Haiyang, 51, Zhong Xiuying, 34, and Zhong Jianyuan, 46, are accused of possessing two forged ATM cards, between June 21 and 26, 2016, while they were in Brunei.

Senior Magistrate Haji Nabil Daraina bin Pehin Dato Ustaz Haji Badaruddin fixed July 4 for further mention of the case.

DPP Raafe' Ibrahim prosecuted the case.
