Former prime minister and Bersatu president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has been questioned by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) over claims that a government contract worth over a billion ringgit was handed to his relative.
According to a source, Muhyiddin was called in by the MACC on Thursday (Feb 16).
The source also said an investigation paper involving the RM300mil alleged to have been received by Bersatu from Covid-19 stimulus package funds is also now in the final stages of completion by the MACC.
The source added that the investigation paper will then be handed over to the Attorney General's Chambers for further action.
