His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office received in audience The Right Honourable Mark Garnier MP, United Kingdom's Trade Envoy to Brunei Darussalam. The audience ceremony took place at Qashr Al-Meezaan. Also present were Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy, and Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Khairuddin bin Haji Abdul Hamid, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy for Economy.

During the Audience ceremony, His Royal Highness and The Right Honourable Mark Garnier MP among others discussed on enhancing bilateral cooperation between Brunei Darussalam and the United Kingdom, including the fields of economy, investment and trade as well as the government of the United Kingdom's support to assist Brunei Darussalam in meeting the climate change targets and efforts to diversify the country's economy.
