TUNGKU, BRUNEI-MUARA

The CAE Brunei Multi-Purpose Training Centre (MPTC) Sdn Bhd hosted a Hari Raya open house yesterday, at the Digital Junction in Kampong Tungku.

The guests were welcomed by Awang Haji Rozman bin Haji Junaidi, the Deputy General Manager of CAE Brunei's Multi-Purpose Training Centre.

The gathering comprised of customers, personnel and officers from the Royal Brunei Air Force, Brunei Shell Petroleum Co Sdn Bhd, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Finance, the Brunei Economic Development Board and DARe.

Established in 2012 as a joint venture between CAE and the Government of Brunei, the CAE Brunei Multi-Purpose Training Centre is a world-class training facility, which is mainly staffed and operated by locals.

The CAE Brunei MPTC is one of the region's largest helicopter simulator training facilities, and the Sikorsky S-92 helicopter is currently in extensive use by offshore oil and gas operators.
