MUARA TEWEH, KN - The North Barito District Attorney's Office (Kejari Barut) has named three suspects in the alleged corruption case in the management of the palm oil rejuvenation program funds, from 2019 to 2021.

The Head of Intel at the State Prosecutor's Office, Muara Teweh, when visited by reporters, said that this case is still ongoing, we are still waiting for the results of an audit conducted by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) to determine the amount of state losses.

"In time, we will carry out further investigations, we are committed to immediately resolving this case," said M.ariffudin.SH.

He added that his party had completed the evidence, to be immediately transferred to the Palangka Raya Corruption Court.

It should be noted that until now the three people with the initials a/n SB, KSN and DN who have been designated as suspects have not yet been detained by the prosecutor's office.

The three suspects are alleged to be primair: Article 2 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 18 paragraph (1), (2), (3) Law Number: 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes in conjunction with Law Number: 20 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Law Number: 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code, Subsidiaries: Article 3 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 18 paragraph (1), (2), (3) Law Number: 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption in conjunction with Law Number: 20 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Law Number: 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.( RAMLI)
