The Kampung Tanjong Nangka Consultative Council, late yesterday afternoon held a Khatam Al- Quran Ceremony. The function took place at the Multi-purpose Hall of the Syarikat Kerjasama Kampung Tanjong Nangka, SATENAGA, Kampung Tanjong Nangka.

55 people attended the Khatam Al- Quran Ceremony comprising residents of Kampung Tanjong Nangka. The ceremony ran concurrently with a donation presentation to orphans and needy families handed over by Dato Paduka Haji Puasa bin Orang Kaya Seri Pahlawan Tudin, Chairman of SATENAGA. Also receiving donations were two senior citizens aged 105 and 98.
