The Kampung Sibut and Sumbiling Consultative Council as well as students of Al-Qur'an and Muqaddam classes, held the Semarak Hari Kebangsaan. It was held at Kampung Sibut Religious Hall, Temburong, 28th February morning.

The event commenced with the hoisting of the national flag and singing of the national anthem. The event included an aerobic activity and cleaning campaign as well as prize presentation for excellent students. The ceremony aimed to foster the love of citizens and residents towards the Monarch and the country as well as increase the value of social, religious and national life.
