Service hours of the payment and customer service counters at the District Land Offices during Ramadhan are as follows:

For Payment Counters in the Brunei Muara, Tutong and Belait Districts Land Offices will be open from Monday to Thursday from 8:15 in the morning until 12:00 noon except on Saturdays until 10:45 in the morning. While for the Temburong District Land Office, Payment Counter is open from Monday to Thursday from 8:15 in the morning until 12 noon except Saturday until 10:15 in the morning. Payment using cheques at the counter will only be accepted from Monday to Thursday.

Customer service counters at all District Land Offices will be open from Monday to Saturday from 8:15 in the morning to 1:00 in the afternoon. All District Land Offices will be open every day except Fridays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
