Kindergarten pupils from Stella's School are being taught how to make pizzas by the chef and staff at Pastamania during a series of school trips that started last Wednesday and ending today.

The two-hour sessions saw Doughworkz programme instructors teaching pupils the history of pizzas and the important rules of hygiene.

Pupils are also given a tour of the Pastamania kitchen where they have a hands-on experience of being a chef for the day.

Each student is given their own chef's hat and apron to wear when preparing pizzas, which they get to enjoy at the end of the class.

The pizza-making class allows the children to learn in an environment outside their comfort zone.
