SMSIS Celebrates World Health Day

Seri Mulia Sarjana International School (SMSIS) recently celebrated World Health Day to raise awareness of the rise of diabetic cases and the prevention of the disease through healthy eating and active lifestyle.
According to a press release, teachers, students and school staff took part in a Zumba exercise session facilitated by the PE teachers.
Emphasis is also given towards healthy eating habits, with teachers encouraging students to bring healthy snacks and reminding them that junk food is not served in the canteen.
