25 Undergraduates leave for Indonesia

​25 students comprising undergraduates from the Universiti Brunei Darussalam; Universiti Teknologi Brunei and Politeknik Brunei will demonstrate their engineering prowess and showcase their innovative designs on the global stage at the Shell Eco-marathon Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.  Held in Lombok, Indonesia, the competition will take place on the 2nd to 7th of July.

 

Present at the Brunei International Airport, Berakas to bid farewell was Doctor Chin Wei Keh, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Higher Education at the Ministry of Education.

 

This year, approximately one thousand students from 85 teams representing 12 countries across the Asia Pacific and Middle East are competed.

 

The participation also highlights Brunei Darussalam's dedication towards nurturing STEM talents and promoting sustainable development in the region.
