In enforcing the Act and Regulations under the Department of Immigration and National Registration, an Operasi Kakas was carried out targeting a restaurant in Mukim Gadong 'B'.
As a result of the operation, a foreign national was detained for further investigation for allegedly committing the offence of working using a Student Pass.
