A company was issued a compound fine for violating the Town and Country Planning Regulations namely utilising, obstructing and displaying items in parking areas.
The offences were found during the 'Operasi Kemas' recently conducted by the Planning Authority, Department of Town and Country Planning. The fine for each offence is not exceeding $500 and the company was given 7 days to settle the fine.
