The Islamic Da'wah Centre, Ministry of Religious Affairs through the Tutong District Da'wah branch organised a programme on umrah guidance for Muallaf or new converts. With the theme 'Rihlah Baitullah: Ilmu Sebelum Amal', it was held at the Tutong District Civic Centre Complex, 11th November afternoon.
In attendance was Yang Arif Awang Haji Muhammad Bahrin bin Haji Alias, Syariah High Court Judge, Tutong District. 50 people comprising mualaf and non-Muslims in the district took part in the programme, which was hoped to become a starting point for the participants to deepen their knowledge on Islam, especially on performing the umrah properly and with confidence.
