Being devoted to parents, especially when they are old, brings blessings, the contentment of Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala, and paves the way to rewards in this world and the hereafter. This was shared by a lecture during the 29th Munajat Night for Women by the Ministry of Religious Affairs. It was held in conjunction with the International Day of Older Persons 2025.
The tazkirah titled 'Kasih Ibu Hingga Ke Syurga, Kasih Ayah Selamanya' also stressed that children should continue to appreciate their parents' sacrifices. Joining the virtual event was members of the Women's Bureau of the WARGAMAS Association, congregants from several mosques and religious halls nationwide and employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs as well as private individuals.
