A company was issued with a compound fine for violating the Miscellaneous Offences Act 2021, Chapter 30.
Syarikat Kontraktor Syahiran was found guilty of littering in a public area. A BND2,000 compound fine was issued by the Enforcement Unit, Tutong District Office. The company is required to pay the fine within seven days. Failure to do so will lead to court proceedings.
