The Bandar Seri Begawan Magistrate's Court imposed a fine on a local man for possessing contraband.
Fadhilah Bin Sahri was fined 8 thousand dollars or 8 months' imprisonment in default. He was found guilty of possessing 10 cartons of cigarettes without authorisation during an inspection at Kuala Lurah Control Post. All the contraband was seized to be handed over to the Government for disposal.
