A company was issued a compound fine by the Temburong District Office Enforcement Unit for violating the provisions of the Miscellaneous Offences Act 2021, Chapter 30.
S and H Sendirian Berhad was fined BND2,000 for an offence under Section 12(1)(b). The offence was committed nearby a stream in Kampung Belayang, Temburong District. The Temburong District Office reminds the public and company owners not to take environmental cleanliness issues lightly. The enforcement action is imposed as an ongoing measure by the department to ensure that all parties together shoulder their responsibilities in maintaining environmental cleanliness and sustainability in Temburong District.
